Have you ever had to stand holding a burst water pipe waiting for a plumber to arrive? Or how about managing to hang wall paper upside down? What about having to negotiate with an entire family in a foreign language to secure your dream property abroad?

We'd love to hear about your own property developing stories...anything from complete DIY disasters to triumphs and successes that you'd like to share with other members. They don't have to relate only to property renovation - maybe you've discovered a real hidden gem of a place to buy property or have some really helpful tips that you'd like to pass onto other members.

Send your stories, pictures and even videos into me and I will post them up here on the site. Each month we'll have a 'star' story and the member who send this into us will be rewarded with a wadge of B&Q vouchers. So you never know - your tale of your recent DIY nightmare could earn you some useful home improvement stuff...and it'll give us all a laugh!

Property investing and renovation is great fun...lets remember that and with your help we can create a really interesting and entertaining property development forum.

If you want to send me your stories, please email them to info@makingmoneyfromproperty.tv and type 'Experiences Forum' in the subject header.
